Your Collection – celebrating 30 years of art at Oriel Môn 

Oriel Ynys Môn was opened to the public on 25 October 1991. Following years of planning and hard work Anglesey finally had it’s own public museum and art gallery, designed to showcase art and objects relating to our unique and facsinating island. 

This celebratory exhibition, to coincide with Oriel Môn’s 30 anniversary, examines it’s origins and presents key artworks from the collection that tells the fascinating story of its inception and its development into one of north Wales’s premier art gallery and museum.
