Social History Collection
An interesting and broad range of social history items relating to Ynys Môn.
They include domestic wares from the island's past, together with textiles such as locally woven bed covers and traditional costume.
The objects in the social history collection paint a unique picture of society on the island over several centuries. From the tragedy of the Royal Charter, the tradition of weaving on the island to toys from the 1970’s and 80’s. We are an Accredited Museum, with high standards of care for our collections.
