Pete undertook “formal” art training with the completion of a degree in Fine Art (Painting) during 1983. He considers that his real learning was undertaken through life experience and a return to painting following a 30 year break to work as a learning disability nurse. Since his return to painting in 2015, his work has become part of the collections of the National Library of Wales and National Museum of Wales.
